Dog has vest marked “service dog”. We call “Bull Shitzu!”
Dogs on planes, dogs in Publix, dogs in a bowling alley. Welcome to Boca Rudeton on Sunday.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) – An American Airlines crew inexplicably allowed a dog that had a “Bull Shitzu” (spelled intentionally) onto Flight 2467 from DFW to West Palm Beach Saturday evening ) must be, disregarding the airline's own policies. The dog wearing a service dog vest was almost certainly not a service dog. It's unclear what function the rat-like K9 would serve if its owner had a problem. It's one of several nominations for our Boca Rudeton Awards for Sunday.
Do we really believe that this animal on American Airlines Flight 2467 Saturday night from DFW to PBI is a service dog? If so, what service is it trained to provide?
American Airlines requires pets to be in a kennel onboard for the entire duration of the flight. They must be approved by the airline and confirmed at the gate. None of this seemed to have happened. There was a legitimate service dog on the plane. The seemingly fake service dog undermines the legitimacy of those who genuinely have a need and abide by rules and restrictions.
Why is this dog at Bowlero, a bowling alley that serves food?
Also under consideration for Boca Rudeton: a woman with a dog at the Bowlero in Boca Raton. The food is served at the bowling alley, making this pooch a violation of the law in Florida.
Publix bans dogs, even dogs that appear to be wearing a “service collar” purchased from Amazon. What service do we think this dog was trained for?
We also received photos of people with dogs at Publix, despite the company's total ban on pets. It was not immediately clear why this woman was not escorted from the Publix location in South Florida.
Of all the pictures, however, only one can be our Boca Rudeton winner for Sunday. This winner is the dog on the American Airlines flight. When we give out prizes, the winner goes to the young woman with the dog who appears to be wearing a fake “service dog” vest. An American Airlines coloring book designed specifically for children who are not yet old enough to understand rules and regulations.
