“American Pie” star Seann William Scott has filed for divorce after four years of marriage.
The 47-year-old actor filed for dissolution of his marriage to his wife and interior designer Olivia Korenberg in Los Angeles county courts, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to The Blast.
The former couple share three-year-old daughter Frankie Rose Scott, and Scott is seeking joint custody.
Under the terms of the couple's prenuptial agreement, the actor is expected to pay Korenberg alimony.
The couple married on September 19, 2019, but kept the ceremony a secret and news of the marriage only became public later that month.

Before the wedding, he told UsWeekly that he was “dating someone” but refused to name the woman.
Scott said his secret sweetheart was “an amazing girl.”
He also mentioned that he was “super happy” in the relationship, despite being a “pretty private” person.
Before his recent wedding, Scott was engaged to model Lindsay Frimodt, a decision he confirmed in 2012.

“I don't know how I got a girl like my fiancée,” he told E! News in jest after he proposed to her.
“She hadn’t seen American Pie. Thank God. Otherwise I probably wouldn't be engaged.'
At the time, a source told Us that Scott and Frimodt “talked about getting married back in October, but then it didn't happen.”
In January 2013 it was announced that they had separated.
