Saine exchanged social media details with the victim at the party, who admitted to police that he had been heavily drinking.
Immediately after the party, Saine reportedly contacted the victim to ask if they could meet up, and from there he went to their dormitory.

Immediately afterwards, the victim told friends what allegedly happened, and the friends told investigating police officers that the victim was “disturbed.”
Louisiana State University police arrested Saine Thursday at Fort Polk, a military training base in the township of Vernon, and charged him with third-degree rape.
