More debt? Ana Hickmann, 42, and her exhusband Alexandre Correa, 51, are being sued for debts totaling R$427,000.
According to firsthand information from columnist Ancelmo Gois of the newspaper O Globo, Gustavo Dantas Rocha filed a lawsuit with the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo (TJSP) to recover a loan to the company Hickmann Serviços LTDA, which the two managed together.
The businessman claims that he borrowed R$ 318,000 but did not receive the amount expected in 2023. Now the executive charges R$ 427,000 for the transition with interest and monetary correction.
When contacted, Gustavo Dantas' defense said that the client would not comment. “All information about the debts is available,” the text says. Ana and Alexandre had not commented on the matter at the time of writing this article.
What is remarkable is that Hickmann and Correa have accumulated millions in debt. Debts to banks, condominiums and taxes can exceed R$35 million. In fact, the TJSP also ordered the presenter and the businessman to pay off debts of R$ 1.6 million to Banco Bradesco, under threat of confiscation of assets that is, the assets will be blocked or expropriated until the Debts have been paid.
