Ana Hickman denounced his former assistant Claudia Helena, who is considered his righthand man, for ideological distortion. According to the presenter, she is said to have helped her exhusband, the businessman Alexandre Correain transactions to embezzle funds from the company that the excouple maintained.
Hickmann filed the complaint with the DEIC (State Department of Criminal Investigations) of the São Paulo Civil Police and the investigation has been ongoing since last month. The information was confirmed by the presenter through a message from her advisor to the editors of Folha de São Paulo.
According to the newspaper, in a publication on Friday 5, Claudia Helena, through her lawyers, denied the existence of any problems and stated that the accusations made by Ana Hickmann were unfounded.
Claudia Helena was the presenter's advisor for 13 years, but the two knew each other before then. She accompanied the former model on personal trips.
Hickmann commissioned an audit of Hickmann Serviços Ltda's accounts after he became suspicious of irregular documentation. The presenter's mistrust culminated in the then couple's argument and domestic violence case, which led to her splitting up with the businessman in November last year.
According to the previous model and a publication by Folha de São Paulo, the verification of the accounts revealed a transfer of R$ 100,000 from the company to Cláudia Helena, as well as a contract with a false signature from Ana Hickmann, whose witness is the former employee.
The investigations are conducted by the courts. Claudia Helena must be summoned by the DEIC to present her defence.
