Alexandre says he requested the power to be restored last Wednesday but has not yet received a response from the São Paulo Electricity Company: “Yesterday there was five days of tolerance. They didn't come, they weren't happy! They called the Ombudsman's office today, I spent at least three hours on the phone and they didn't answer, they didn't give any solution.
“It's a bizarre business, it's the worst rubbish I've ever seen in 52 years of service,” he added.
