Who is Ana Maria Guzman?
Ana Maria Guzman is a Colombian footballer who plays as a defender for the Colombia national team and, until recently, Deportivo Pereira. Her most notable achievements with the tricolor include her participation in the 2022 U-17 and U-20 World Cups and the 2023 Australia-New Zealand Women’s World Cup.
Ana María was born on June 11, 2005 in Mistrató and began her training at the Mistrató Sueños Dorados men’s club when she was just 6 years old. She then moved to the women’s team Club Atlético Dosquebradas and later to Deportivo Pereira, where she eventually became part of the senior national team.

In 2022, Guzmán was called up to the Colombia U-17 national team that competed in the World Cup in Indonesia.
