With a career spanning 60 years and participation in a hundred theater and television productions, Ana Martin is without a doubt one of the most famous actresses in Mexico.
But also one of the most popular young people, thanks to her active presence on social networks, with more than 3.4 million followers on TikTok and 1.3 million on Instagram.
In her reports, Ana shares photos and anecdotes from her youth, but also some thoughts that give us a closer look at her philosophy of life.
Recently, the 77-year-old actress, who gained international fame as the protagonist of the soap opera “El Pecado de Oyuki” (1988), shared her golden rules for living as a free and happy woman in an interview with various media.
“First of all, learn, feed yourself, take care of yourself and believe in free love, not debauchery,” he said.
And Ana Martin – daughter of the great actor and comedian Jesús Martínez “Palillo” – was in many ways a pioneer in the world of entertainment.
“I modeled the first bikini in Mexico,” she recalls proudly, but she was also Mexico’s first representative in the Miss World pageant, a pageant from which she was disqualified when it was discovered that she was underage she was barely 17 years old.

When asked about her personal life, the actress refuses to say more: “I never named names, I just say ‘the whole country, a few foreigners and no politicians’, that’s why I have this skin.”
A few years ago, Martin posted a message on her Twitter account (where she has more than 120,000 followers) in which she talked a little more about this philosophy and recalled the time when she broke up with a man who gave her gifts had made .

Currently, Ana Martin is on a sabbatical and is enjoying the life, freedom and happiness that she has achieved over the years.
