Aline’s (Barbara Reis) ordeal will take on even more dramatic proportions in the final section of Terra e Paixão. The girl will discover that she is expecting twins and that her pregnancy is high risk. In order to escape Antônio (Tony Ramos), she decides to leave everything behind in Globo’s nine o’clock soap opera and hide in a monastery.
The new setback in the life of the heroine of Walcyr Carrasco’s plot will be shown from the second week of December. According to the O Globo newspaper’s Play column, the decision to disappear from the map is made only after realizing that their health and that of their babies are at risk.
Aline will speak to Caio (Cauã Reymond) to inform him that she will be spending time outside of Nova Primavera. The young lady is supported by Rodrigo (Maicon Rodrigues). The lawyer will tell you that his sister is a nun and lives in a convent in the capital, Campo Grande, where she can take in the pregnant woman.
Before she escapes, the public will see how the accountant is haunted by her rivals. In Thursday’s episode (30), Agatha (Eliane Giardini) will appear at her house for a conversation. Jussara (Tatiana Tiburcio) will play the bandit there, but Aline will have felt her motherinlaw’s threatening tone.
However, the couple will try not to let Caio’s parents’ obsession spoil the special moment. Before they find out it’s a twin pregnancy, the good guys will be thrilled to hear the heartbeat of one of the babies during the ultrasound. It will be one of the last scenes in which they appear happy together before their escape.
Terra e Paixão was written by Walcyr Carrasco and Thelma Guedes. The story takes place in the fictional town of Nova Primavera in Mato Grosso do Sul. The storyline will remain on air until January 19th and will be replaced by the remake of Renascer (1993).
