Ramiro (Amaury Lorenzo) will succumb to Kelvin’s (Diego Martins) charm and go to bed with the waiter in Land and Paixão. The brute will be excited to see the show of his friend, who will be transformed into Iggy Pep for Graça’s (Agatha Moreira) event. He will admit that he “drooled” during the presentation, and the bar employee will seduce him with an erotic poem about Globo’s nine o’clock soap opera.
Kelvin will be singing in place of James Brum as an attraction at the Hello Grace Festival, which will air in this Tuesday’s episode (5). Ramiro will watch the boy’s performance with pride, but without showing affection. When they are alone, Antônio’s henchman (Tony Ramos) will come forward.
“I’m not a man who is like that and drools all over his body, because that’s not a masculine thing… But I’m just telling you… Your show really touched me, Kelvinho…” says Ramiro.
The blonde will say that he is happy with the result of the fashion show, but the awkward one will ask why he took part since the clothes were feminine.
“I was chosen because I’m flexible!” Luana’s rival (Valéria Barcellos) will argue. “I don’t understand Flex. Macho is macho. But if you are flexible, that must be a good thing,” Ramiro will say. “Do you believe? “Do you like me like that?” Kelvin will ask. “I just like it,” the man will agree.
Kelvin will notice Ramiro’s nervousness at their closeness and recite a poem by Gregório de Matos (16361696), a poet known for his satirical and lyrical style. With the effect of champagne, the “macho” begins to tremble with anticipation.
“Love, after all, is a tangle of legs, a union of bellies, a brief tremor of the arteries. A mess of mouths, a battle of veins, a trembling of hips. Anyone who says otherwise is a fool,” the waiter who puts your boyfriend to bed will say.
The two will hug awkwardly and as the weather warms up, Kelvin realizes he is being suffocated by the strength of the rustic. “Forgive me, Kelvinho. But a male hug… That’s strong,” he justifies himself.
Written by Walcyr Carrasco and Thelma Guedes, Terra e Paixão is set in the fictional town of Nova Primavera in Mato Grosso do Sul. The plot will be broadcast until January next year, when it will be replaced by the remake of Renascer (1993).
