According to information from the portal Regularize, which issues a list of debtors to the federal government, the Ministry André Valadão, the trading name of the “music production” company Amando Vidas Eventos Ltda, has an active debt of R$ 2,061,259.23.
Most of the debts R$1,885,982.51 are tax debts, ie they relate to taxes that Valadão owes to the federal government. But there is another R$175,276.72 in Social Security debt.
This Thursday (20), Valadão admitted to lying when he said in a video that he had received a “subpoena” from Alexandre de Moraes, President of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE), to recant because he was under other things: that Lula would speak out “in favor of abortion, drugs and petty larceny parole.”
In the video, Valadão speaks in a theatrical manner and against a black background, in an apparent victimized posture, trying to give the impression that he is being censored by the electoral judiciary.
According to TSE, Valadão was only subpoenaed on October 6 to be aware of the process and set out his defense. If this defense is presented, it is up to Minister Maria Claudia Bucchianeri, rapporteur on the case, to judge and pronounce a verdict, and may or may not request its withdrawal. That is, the pastor lied, implying that he was forced to recant by the court.
Faced with the exposure of the lie, the Bolsonarista published a new publication this Thursday (29) with a photo of the lawsuit filed by Lula’s coalition and the passage in which he is quoted as offering an answer within 1 day that is, the reporting minister present his defense to judge the case.
“In order for the request to lose the object and not invade my profile, under the guise of a pseudoright of retort, I recorded the video in the opposite direction to what was originally done,” Valadão wrote so he admitted that he was trying to circumvent the electoral court by anticipating a revocation that has not yet been established.
