Andy Cohen admitted he felt “strange energy” from Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval before their bombshell affair was revealed.
Cohen was surprised Wednesday, just hours before the news broke that Leviss said on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that she thought Sandoval, 39, was cuter than Tom Schwartz, who she also previously kissed had.
“I looked up and said to Raquel, ‘Oh, you said Sandoval, hmm,’ and then we moved on,” Cohen said on Monday’s episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live.
Cohen then revealed that during the commercial break, her co-star Scheana Shay asked Leviss, 28, for her surprise answer.
“Scheana said yes – I guess Scheana’s antenna was up – and Scheana said to Raquel, ‘You know I only chose Sandoval because I knew you were going to go with Schwartz,’ and Raquel said, ‘Well, Sandoval has abs’ and something like that shrugged, so you know that was interesting.”

Cohen stressed that he “didn’t think twice about it” at the time, but after news of Leviss and Sandoval’s affair broke on Friday, he messaged Shay, 37, for more details about the interaction, but he did didn’t disclose what Shay specifically told him.
“I thought it was weird,” Cohen admitted.
Cohen, 54, then discussed when Sandoval and Schwartz, 40, appeared on “WWHL” on Feb. 8.

“When Schwartz was with Sandoval on premiere night, there was a weird energy between them,” Cohen explained. “Schwartz kept looking at Sandoval almost for answers.”
Cohen’s feelings about the “weird” episode led him to ask, “When did Schwartz find out about this?”
The father-of-two brought up another tidbit of his, Leviss and Madix, 37, all watching Sandoval’s band, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, perform during BravoCon in October.

“I was at this show and I’m standing there and Raquel is standing behind me and Ariana is standing in front of me and you can see them both looking at Sandoval. It’s wild,” Cohen continued.
Cohen announced he found out about the affair on Thursday — just a day after Leviss and Shay appeared on his late-night talk show.
The author said he found the revelation “troubling,” “shocking,” and “disturbing.” He also confirmed that Bravo cameras filmed the whole ordeal and it will play out before the reunion – which will be filmed in two weeks time – airs.
Page Six confirmed on Friday that Madix – who has been dating Sandoval since 2014 – had left Sandoval after learning he was having a “full fling” with Leviss when she posted a sexually explicit video of her former girlfriend on Sandoval’s phone on Wednesday night saw.

Madix also learned that the pair have allegedly been “communicating inappropriately for months.”
A source claimed to Page Six that the two had been dating since “last summer,” when Leviss “slept over Tom and Ariana’s house when Ariana was out of town.”

“Ariana was caught unawares by the scam,” a source previously told Page Six, adding that she “had no idea there were any issues” with Sandoval and felt “betrayed” by Leviss.
Another insider revealed that Leviss and Sandoval, who showed their secret love for each other by sporting matching lightning bolt chains, “want to be together.”

Madix has continued to disable her social media accounts, but Sandoval issued a lengthy statement on Saturday.
“I fully understand and deserve your anger and disappointment towards me, but please leave [Tom] Schwartz my friends and family out of this situation,” he wrote in part, particularly not to Madix.
Leviss has not addressed the affair.
