Angel Dior the chocolate salesman promoted by 42 who retrieves

Ángel Dior: the chocolate salesman promoted by 42 who retrieves Bad Bunny from the “underworld”.

With a look that showed a backpack full of dreams on her back, Angel Dior piqued the curiosity of the fans bad rabbit when the Puerto Rican ragman let him onto his stage at the Olympic Stadium on Friday night, where this Dominican urban novelty found the support of the pop music giant.

Until recently, Ángel Rosario (his real name) was a teenager from the Villa María neighborhood of the capital, where he and his father sold hot chocolate through the streets of the city that he now travels as an “artist”, a new dembogen phenomenon.

Now his dad is happy and proud of the “crazy” (that’s what they called him on the street), so now “to get on YouTube he doesn’t sleep” is watching what’s happening around his chick.

“I get rolling, take a bunch of fight, and before I sang, I used to sell chocolates on the street with my father,” he said in an interview with Luinny Corporán seen by Listín Diario.

They began their efforts to venture into popular music six years ago, although these days they are seeing the first fruits. 22 days ago was his first paid show.

Before Bad Bunny was local urban performer Tivi Gunz who opened the doors for him by recording his first song, which was more in the melodic, romantic style than Dembow style.

“The first song in the studio was thanks to Tivi Gunz, one day he gave it to me, he saw me and said – the little boy put it in, we recorded a song and Presencia Melody, my first producer, recorded my voice .” , commented the young man of 20 years.

In that first cut he had his faith, but not much happened as he continued to walk the streets with his father and believing in himself, selling chocolate.

Although he grew up in Villa María (on Calle 15 with San Martín), On 42nd Street in the Capotillo Sector, he found the dot that triggered the hit of his first song.

First he came up with his theme on 42 so that it could be played in the Colmadones and Happy Places in the sector that became his musical nest.

“I used to stop at 42 and nobody paid any attention to me, but that has changed: now when I go downstairs, they ask me for some photos,” he said in the interview.

The first hit on the 42 was included the topic “AIO”, on to other sectors of the capital and from then on his luck changed, because even Ozuna and Badd Bunny drew attention to this “little boy”.

After “AIO” roamed “Piropi” on the street for two weeks, one of the most notorious street songs at tea parties and that endorses Ángel Dior as the new Dembow character because it makes a striking difference.

“The underworld is calling for Dembow, if you don’t record Dembow now there’s a fool, people are going electric,” he justified himself when asked about the reasons for recording that rhythm when he can sing melodic songs.

Ángel Dior, Chimbala’s cousin, took this name at the suggestion of a friend and because he likes wearing this brand.

His advice to young people is: “You have to do the diligence, I was contemptuous at 42 to do my diligence.”

He also advised putting projects in God’s hands: “All of this is God. If God isn’t there, he won’t do it, take it from me.”

This “Want is Power” from Ángel Dior put him in the direct gaze of Bad Bunny, which allowed him to almost share the stage before 40,000 people in the Olympic Stadium.

The urban Dominican carried it with him “AIO”although it was obvious that there was a gap between the track and his voice that no longer allowed him to show it.

After thanking Bad Bunny and cataloging his participation in the Demonstrate Like a dream, it clarified what happened between the track and the audio where there was no sorting.
