The biopic “Maria” is a Pablo Larraín-directed film about the legendary opera singer Maria Callas that follows her turbulent life and legacy.
Angelina will wear a range of real Callas clothing in the film, including vintage fur items from Massimo Cantini Parrini’s archival collection.

As Angelina headed home from filming the night before, she appeared to still be wearing full costume from the set as she exited the ship, while her son held a Gucci school bag and wore a baggy T-shirt.
Maddox is often seen with his partner at official appointments and on set, as he studied biochemistry at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea, before returning home to complete the course remotely during the pandemic.
Maria, one of the most famous and influential opera singers of the 20th century, died in 1977.
The artist was known for her incredible diversity on stage as well as her turbulent love life, which included a romance with Greek shipowner Aristotle Onassis, who later married Jackie Kennedy.
“I take the responsibility for Maria’s life and legacy very seriously,” Angelina previously said in a statement. “I will give everything to overcome the challenge.”
The “Tomb Raider” star also mentioned the film’s director, Pablo, who she said she “has long admired.”
The mother of six added: “To have the chance to tell more of Maria’s story with him and with a script by Steven Knight is a dream.”

Jolie has played famous people before: in 1998 she played the tragic supermodel Gia Carangi in “Gia” and in 2007 she starred as Mariana Pearl in the film “A Mighty Heart.”
