The 30-year-old WAG is said to have retained the services of litigator and sports lawyer Paul Lunt in the wake of her split from husband Kyle Walker.
The 33-year-old footballer fathered two children with Lauryn Goodman, 32, during his marriage to Annie, with Lauryn's youngest just five months old.
According to The Sun, Annie has vowed to her friends that she is now seeking a divorce as a row over his £30million fortune looms.
Annie's family are also said to be keen to make their split from Kyle permanent after she confirmed on Instagram that they are spending some time apart.

The 30-year-old WAG is said to have retained the services of litigator and sports lawyer Paul Lunt in the wake of her split from husband Kyle Walker (Coleen and Wayne Rooney pictured during the trial).
The publication also reports that Annie held a series of “heart-to-hearts” with Coleen following the split.
Despite the split, Kyle and Annie are now both represented by PR guru Rachel Monk, who accompanied Coleen through her High Court trial.
Web has contacted Annie's representatives for comment.
The Manchester City defender has been rumored to be the biological father of Lauryn's child since the birth of her child in August, who she reportedly welcomed with “another footballer”.
Since Annie announced the couple's split on Sunday, Lauryn has continued to drop not-so-subtle hints about her daughter's paternity.
Web revealed that Kyle is the father and this is the second child he has fathered with Lauryn while he was still married to Annie, as she also shares three-year-old son Cairo with the footballer after having one during his temporary split Annie began a brief romance in 2019.
Sources close to the couple say Annie has known for some time that the baby is Kyle's and that hasn't caused her to call time on the marriage.

A friend said: “Kyle and Annie have been on the rocks for some time.
“There are a lot of historical issues between them as well as his affairs with Lauryn that led to the separation.”
“They both perform together for the three children they share and care about most.”
“The marriage is not 100 percent over, it could be saved, but there is a lot of healing that needs to happen first.”
“They need to take a break from the relationship to replenish and reevaluate.”
The friend added: “Kyle is no longer in contact with Lauryn.”
“Their movement behind the scenes affected Annie greatly and had a detrimental effect on her health.”
Kyle is believed to have moved out of the couple's £2.4million mansion following their split.
Lauryn's fans noticed that she had “I'm A Lion” written across her chest in one photo of her newborn daughter and lion emojis in another – raising questions about whether this was a reference to Kyle

Despite their shared representation, a source stressed: “They are very different at the moment. “There is no way to soften the blow of what has happened.”
Meanwhile, leading legal experts have told Web that Annie could be entitled to half of her husband's fortune.
Lauryn hinted on Instagram that her second child could be Kyle after updating her bio to reveal that her daughter's last name starts with W, just like Kyle's, writing: “Mummy to @kairowalker & KW “.
Lauryn also liked a number of comments asking whether Manchester City player Kyle is the father of her second child.
One said: “I'm really shocked!” Because Kyle Walker must be the father with all these clues!! But is he in a relationship with two women?! My goodness, all the poor kids involved.'
Another comment: “You realize you can silence people, both babies' last names are Walker.” “Stop being fat,” Lauryn also liked.
Kyle and Annie share three children – Riaan, Roman and Reign.
The childhood sweethearts got married two years ago but have been in a relationship for 13 years.
When Annie announced their split on Sunday, she said in an Instagram post: “Unfortunately, after many years of marriage and three wonderful children together, I have decided to take some time away from Kyle.”
“I do not wish to comment further on the position. “For now, I ask that the privacy of me and my three young children be respected during this difficult time.”
Kyle and Annie's relationship was marred by allegations of the English star's infidelity, but his partner always took him back.
There have been claims he held a sex party with escorts in lockdown and exchanged text messages with a Playboy model while on overseas deployment.
Eight years ago there were also vehement denials on Facebook that he was in any way associated with an explicit and disgusting video involving a woman.
After Kyle was caught on CCTV at a bar last year apparently showing off his friends and fondling a mysterious blonde woman's breasts, his wife posted on social media: “No matter how good you are to people, it will “Don't make them good to you.”'
