Announcing the launch date of Tesla Cybertruck 2023

During the recent opening of Tesla’s Giga Texas factory, Elon Musk took the stage to introduce the Cybertruck production model.

Announced back in 2019, the Cybertruck was originally set to launch in 2021, but after a delay, the vehicle is now set to launch sometime in 2023. Musk also apologized for delaying the much-anticipated Cybertruck. A look at the production model shows that much of the car’s concept has been retained, but the handles have been removed and an automatic opening system is used.

The Tesla Cybertruck will be manufactured at the Texas Gigafactory, which is now expected to become the “highest volume” car factory in America. Musk went on to note plans to open more gigafactories around the world to ramp up production to levels that “no company has ever equaled in human history” and to ensure the shipping of its vehicles is environmentally friendly. End the presentation by teasing that Tesla will be releasing a “massive wave of new products” soon.
