There may be something in the water in Duggarland, as fans of the family of the former reality TV speculate that up to five women can expect secretly.
This weekend, 30-year-old Jill announced that she and her husband Derrick Dillard, 32, are anxiously awaiting baby number three, just months after revealing that they had had a miscarriage.
But while Jill and Jeddah’s new bride, Katie, are the only women in the family to have a confirmed pregnancy, fans are convinced they aren’t the only ones – and given Duggars’ propensity to breed, speculation may do not go beyond the goal.
Citing photos and videos posted on social media, Duggar observers believe they have noticed Joy Anna, Joe Kendra’s wife, Josiah Lauren’s wife and Jess, all sports baby bumps in recent months.

Then this week, photos on social media of Kendra posing with Joe and Joe’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle, also seem to hint at pregnancy.

So far, however, speculation about the pregnancy of Joy Anna, Jess, Kendra and Lauren is just that – speculation. None of them confirmed their pregnancy on any of their social media pages.
The only confirmed pregnancies are Jill and Katie, the latter to be born this spring.

The couple announced their news in September, just months after they got married, and are due to be born this spring.
And Jill has just announced that she is expecting her third child, due in July 2022.

The couple has practiced more family planning than many of Jill’s siblings, with Israel’s eldest son now six and Samuel’s youngest son four.
But several of Jill’s sisters and daughter-in-law had babies in quick succession, believing that family planning should be left to God.
