Actor Anthony Michael Hall and his wife Lucia are expecting their first child, a baby boy who will be named after his father.
The 54-year-old actor – born Michael Anthony Hall – and his 32-year-old wife, who walked the red carpet at the Red Notice premiere in November 2021, both confirmed to People they are expecting their first child.
The Brat Pack actor confirmed the child will be a boy and will bear his birth name – Michael Anthony Hall II.
While the couple didn’t share an exact due date, the Breakfast Club star revealed they will welcome the child sometime this summer.
Hall also revealed that his wife – who he was linked to in 2020 after dating for three years – surprised him with the news at home.

“Lucia and I were at home. She surprised me by revealing she was pregnant with a home pregnancy test,” Hall began.
“We kissed, hugged and thanked God. We immediately started dancing and laughing in our bathroom to celebrate the great news,” he added.
“Michael Anthony Hall II will be born this summer,” the actor added, sharing his own birth name.
The actor changed his name to Anthony Michael Hall when he joined the Screen Actors Guild in 1976 at the age of just eight.
“My wife and I feel so blessed, excited and excited in anticipation of the birth of our son this summer,” he added, adding his wife was a “champion throughout the pregnancy.”
“As a proud mother-to-be, she takes care of every important detail. She’s now six and a half months old,” added Hall.
“As a new dad-to-be, I look after the family business and make sure we all eat well, with a healthy diet of good foods – lots of greens, greens, fresh fruit and high-protein foods. ‘ he said.

“Thank you Heavenly Father! Sending our heartfelt thanks to our loving families and friends who are celebrating our great news with us today,” he added.
‘Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!’ He concluded with Hall, who also shared the post on his Instagram story, thanking the photographer for taking the first baby photos.

“Lucia and I are very excited to be parents to our little boy,” Hall concluded.
Hall also shared snaps from his pre-Valentine’s Day date at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles for a John Legend concert.
Hall has two films in post-production, Trigger Warning, starring Jessica Alba, and Roswell Delirium, starring Dee Wallace, Lisa Whelchel, and Reginald VelJohnson.
