Singer Daddy Yankee has announced that he is retiring from the stage after more than a decade of performing in the reggaeton world. Because of this, he was on a world tour to say goodbye to his fans from different countries.

Anuel then declared that he would be “Daddy Yankee’s successor and the absolute king of Latin music”, which is why thousands of netizens have started to mock the popular ragman’s statements.

“Now that Daddy Yankee is retiring, I will be the one who will sit on the throne. You know what I mean?” And not just in the urban genre, I’m going to be the king of all Latin music,” he said.
