“Alien” corpses on display in Mexico quickly went viral among internet users in recent days
An issue that has gone viral among netizens in recent days is the display of two mummified remains portrayed as “alien bodies.” The episode that took place last Wednesday the 13th in the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico quickly had repercussions and became a meme.
Now, a video circulating on social media has been repeated by netizens suggesting that the “mummified remains” are actually cakes. The shot shows the candy in the same format as the “alien bodies” presented in Mexico.
But the Pubity account, which posted the video 10 hours ago, wrote in the caption: “It’s always cake…” but stressed that it was a joke: “*This is a joke.” The video initially made attracted attention because it contained the sentence: “Aliens reveal themselves as cake.”
The cake is a trend known among Internet users called “Cake or Fake”, which consists of presenting videos with cakes. So people have to guess whether they are desserts or not, explains CNN Brasil.
However, it is worth remembering that there is no scientific evidence that the corpses exhibited by ufologist Jaime Maussan are aliens.
