Argonaut, Whale and Manatee: See the winning photos of an international ocean competition G1

The competition “Marine Photographer of the Year 2023” revealed that Winning images. The big winner was Jialing Cai, a 25yearold marine biologist. He photographed a small species of nautilus (from the mollusk family), a socalled Argonaut, in dark waters after a volcanic eruption in the Philippines. (See below.)

🐳🐠🐟🐙 This year’s edition received thousands of drone photos, underwater and coastal images from various locations around the world.

The mission of the award is Show the beauty of the ocean and the threats it faces, such as climate change and waste pollution.
