Ariana Madix broke her silence after longtime boyfriend Tom Sandoval had an affair with her Vanderpump Rules co-star Raquel Leviss.
Speaking out on Instagram for the first time, Madix said she was “devastated and heartbroken” since learning the news, but thanked her friends and fans for “the outpouring of love and support.”
“Hello. Where do I start?” She wrote to her 1.4million followers on the platform, along with a snap of herself in Mexico.
“I want to express my sincerest gratitude for the love and support I’ve received over the past two weeks from friends, family and people I haven’t even met.”
“When I felt like I couldn’t even stand, you all gave me the strength to keep going and got me through my darkest hours,” she added.

“To say I was devastated and heartbroken is an understatement. However, I know I’m not alone in this,” wrote Madix, who dated Sandoval for nearly a decade.
“So many of my closest friends are grieving this loss right now and reeling from this betrayal on so many levels.”
“I’m so freaking lucky to have the best support system in the world and I hope I can repay every single person for the love you’ve shown me,” she continued.
“What doesn’t kill me goes better,” she concluded her lengthy caption.
Her comments come after Page Six confirmed on March 3 that Madix, 37, and Sandoval, 39, had split when she found out he and Leviss, 28, had been “communicating inappropriately for months.”

A source told us at the time that Madix was “taken aback” by the game and “had no idea there were any issues” between her and Sandoval, who she had been dating since 2013.
Not only that, but Madix and Leviss had become closer in recent months, leaving the Something About Her co-owner feeling “cheated by her friend.”
We heard how Madix “found out” about the couple’s “perfect fling” on March 1 when he attended Sandoval’s cover band show, where he gushed about “respecting” his now-ex-girlfriend.
When asked how their relationship has stood the test of time, Sandoval said he and Madix are “really good at respecting each other.”
The bartender noted that while they’ve had their “ups and downs,” they said they both “helped each other out in a sensible way.”

When news of the full-blown affair broke, both Sandoval and Leviss each issued statements on social media.
“I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish and I made reckless decisions that hurt someone I love,” Sandoval wrote last week.
“No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly. I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us.”
“I feel really terrible about it,” he continued. “My greatest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never wanted to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends… I owed Ariana more.”
For her part, Leviss issued a lengthy statement blaming her “addiction” for love for the affair and vowing to do better from now on.

“I’m reflecting on my choices, talking to a counselor and learning things about myself like my patterns of codependency and addiction to being loved and feeling loved,” she wrote.
“I have sought emotional validation through intimate connections that are unhealthy, with no regard for my own well-being, sometimes negative impacts on others, and often I have prioritized the intimate connection over my friendships.”
While this is the first time Madix has addressed the affair, her brother Jeremy Madix was quick to defend it – and slammed Sandoval – just hours after the news broke.

In cast member James Kennedy’s Instagram post on the subject, Jeremy Sandoval called it a “hard attempt to have a midlife crisis with his Cringey band” before shooting Leviss, who he said “got her way.” faked the tip”.
Amid the controversy, Sandoval issued a public apology to Madix on March 8, writing in part on Instagram that he “made mistakes” and made “reckless decisions that hurt someone” he loved.

Leviss also issued Madix a mea culpa, blaming her “addiction” for love for the entanglement.
“There’s no excuse. I am not a victim and I must admit my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana,” the former pageant queen said in a statement.
“I started counseling to end my unhealthy behavior cycle, learn to set stronger emotional boundaries, and learn to protect my mental health.”
Producers have filmed episodes of the affair for Season 10, which is currently airing.
However, a source close to the situation exclusively told Page Six that “no one” from the “Pump Rules” cast speaks to Leviss while the cameras are rolling.
