Ariana Madix raises new allegations against Raquel Leviss. Before the first episode of the Vanderpump Rules reunion aired, Madix claimed Leviss sent a postcard to the house she owns with ex Tom Sandoval.
The latest claim comes in connection with Scandoval, the name fans have dubbed for Sandoval’s month-long fling with Leviss amid his nine-year relationship with Madix.
After the drama, both Madix and Sandoval continued to live in their shared home, although photos appeared to show Madix moving out. And while Madix has entered into a romantic relationship with Daniel Wai, Sandoval and Leviss have ended their romance.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live earlier this month, Madix said she doubts Sandoval and Leviss’ split, telling host Andy Cohen, “I don’t buy that at all. She sent letters to my house like four days ago.”
Apparently, that wasn’t the only correspondence Leviss sent to Sandoval and Madix’s apartment. Speaking to the Los Angeles Times on Tuesday, less than a week after her WWHL interview, Madix said, “A postcard came to my house yesterday.”
“When I got home from recording a podcast yesterday, it was in the mail. I put it on the counter,” Madix said. “I mean, come on, baby, put it in an envelope … I don’t know what’s going on, but I don’t think they’re not dating.”
Madix’s girlfriend and Sandoval’s other ex, Kristen Doute addressed the mail situation on the latest episode of her podcast, Sex, Love, and What Else Matters.
“On Watch What Happens Live, Ariana talks about how Raquel sent a letter. And Andy said, ‘Did you open it?’ And she said, ‘No, that’s a federal crime. I just left it out for him,'” Doute said. “I thought, ‘Well done. I would have opened it 100 percent. I would have put that thing in the microwave, opened it and resealed it’…Ariana has more self-control than me.”
The podcast continued as Doute and her guests discussed the postcard, revealing that it featured lightning bolts and a message that read something like “I saw that and thought of you,” which she described as “really boring and superficial” felt .”
The lightning detail is an important detail. Earlier this season, Leviss was spotted on VPR buying a necklace with the symbol, similar to the necklace Sandoval owns. Many saw this as an early indication of the affair, which has not yet been publicly announced.
“At least that was in an envelope,” Doute said of the first letter, before discussing the postcard, “Girls, if you want to send stuff to the house that Ariana currently lives in, maybe put it in an envelope.” She don’t have to see it or read it or see the damn lightning bolts everywhere.
Doute speculated as to why Sandoval apparently hasn’t discouraged Leviss’s mail habits: “Because he’s probably thrilled when fan mail is sent to his home.”
Speaking to Madix on Wednesday, ET revealed what she’s focusing on after Scandoval.
“I’m in a situation right now where I just want to do everything and I really enjoy doing it as much as I can,” she said. “I want to claim independence, I want to claim success, I want to reclaim my time. I want to claim all the good vibes and positivity and I want to be involved and leave things in the past.”
