Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has made history in bodybuilding, film and politics. He started exercising at a young age, at the age of 15, to tone his body and also make him more attractive.
What appeared to be just vanity became something that anchored him on stage. At just 20 years old, Arnold won the Mr. Universe and won the Mr. Olympia seven times over the course of his career.
To this day, he remains one of the most prominent figures in bodybuilding. After retiring, the actor wrote books and several articles about the sport.
In the cinema he became known for films like “Conan The Barbarian” and “Terminator”.
In 2004 he was elected governor of California and also began his career in politics. Arnold is the father of five children named Joseph Baena, Katherine Schwarzenegger, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Christopher Schwarzenegger and Christina Maria Schwarzenegger.
Among them, Joseph is the one who draws the most attention on social networks due to his resemblance to his father. Born in Los Angeles, California, the young man is currently 25 years old and is pursuing the same taste in bodybuilding.

On his Instagram profile, he appears in poses that made Schwarzenegger famous in sports. An oddity is that Joseph does not use his father’s surname. According to AH, he made that decision “not to be dependent on him,” despite maintaining a very strong bond with the actor.
“My father is oldfashioned; he does not believe in charity. He believes hard work pays off and so do I. I love the word honor and I’m very proud in the sense that I wonder what honor it will bring me if I use my father’s contacts or ask him for a favor.
