Peruvian football is in mourning. The young footballer Aron Torres, who wore the colors of Sport Boys as well as other League 1 clubs, died this Monday, September 18th. It was the Chalaco team that reported the death of the right winger, who became champions of the second division with the “Misilera” in 2017.
Although the reasons for the 26-year-old footballer’s death were not elaborated, he was hospitalized earlier this year for chronic kidney failure, which kept him away from professional football. Through his social networks, the pink box sent a message of condolence to his family and loved ones.
“We regret the painful death of our former player Arón Torres, who was part of ‘El Primer Campeón’ in the 2017 promotion year and the 2018 season. We extend our sincere condolences to his entire family,” wrote Sport Boys’ official report.
