Arsenal face Porto in the Champions League round of 16, while Real Madrid draw with RB Leipzig.
The reigning Champions League winners Manchester City are now playing against Copenhagen.
However, some big teams were missing from Monday's draw, with Manchester United's side finishing bottom of their Champions League group behind Bayern Munich, Copenhagen and Galatasaray, meaning they have no continental football in the second half of the season.
His Premier League colleague Newcastle United was also completely eliminated from Europe and finished last in its group behind Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan.
This group stage will be the last of its kind as UEFA will introduce a new format based on the so-called “Swiss model” from next season. This will see one large group replace the existing format of eight groups of four. Each team plays eight group games (previously six), half at home and half away. The top eight teams in the expanded 36-team league (up from 32) automatically qualify for the knockout rounds. Places nine through 24 will compete in a two-game play-off to determine who advances to the round of 16 competition.

Analysis of the Champions League draw: City excited, dream pairings between Barca and Naples and predictions
What were the rules for the draw?
The eight teams that won their Champions League groups were seeded in the round of 16 draw, while the eight runners-up were unseeded.
Each tie consists of one seeded and one unseeded team.
This is the final stage of the competition where teams from the same country could not be drawn against each other. For example, Bayern Munich, who won Group A, were prevented from playing in the round of 16 against RB Leipzig, second in Group G. Teams also could not be drawn against teams from their group. For example, Arsenal, the winners of Group B, would not have been able to face PSV, who finished behind them.
From the quarter-finals onwards, these restrictions will be lifted.
