Elsa Pataky wished her husband Chris Hemsworth a happy 40th birthday and marked the milestone with a friendly comment.
In a post shared to Instagram, the 47-year-old Spanish actress poked fun at her love for the Australian actress, who is struggling with the passage of time.
Alongside a photo of Chris looking shocked, she wrote: “That’s exactly the face I made when I turned 40 my love.” But don’t worry, it’ll be fine!
“I’ll be there for you too, holding your hand and telling you all my beauty secrets, even if you look better than ever.’ Happy birthday!’ She added.
Chris is celebrating his special birthday with friends and family and enjoyed a surf trip with brother Liam on Friday.

At first Elsa wasn’t sure if she wanted her husband to see her as an older woman.
“I’m not sure I want Chris to see me like that,” she said.
Upon meeting, the pair exchanged a tender kiss and hug before Chris told his wife, “You’re still beautiful.”
The scene has since gone viral on TikTok, with fans describing it as “romantic” and “heartbreaking.”
Chris and Elsa have been married since 2010 and have daughter India (10) and twin sons Sasha and Tristan (8).
