Ashton Kutcher beamed from ear to ear as he headed out to run some errands in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The 44-year-old actor was spotted in good spirits without wife Mila Kunis on Thursday afternoon.

The outing comes weeks after celebrating Argentina’s big World Cup win ahead of the Christmas holidays.

The coming out comes just a month after the actor tearfully admitted he considered taking his own life to save his twin brother, Michael.

When Ashton and Michael were in eighth grade, it was learned that he had an enlarged heart and was only given weeks…and then hours to find a heart suitable for a heart transplant.

“I was at my boyfriend’s house, suddenly my dad picks me up and says, ‘You’re going to visit your brother,'” Kutcher said.

“In hindsight you can tell they want me to see him because they don’t know where it’s going. I walk into the room and I’m like, “Whoa! Everything’s wrong.” He’s doing flatlines around the room… They grab me and take me out.”

“I’m like, ‘If someone folds, I’m a match.'” Now you start running that cycle through your head. You think, “This balcony looks wide enough to include things.”

The actor has also been through his own medical struggles, revealing in Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge that he suffered from an autoimmune disease a few years ago.

‘I had this weird, super rare form of vasculitis that destroyed my vision, my hearing and my entire balance,’ he said, adding, ‘It took me about a year to build it all back up.’
