An investigation was launched and entrusted to the gendarmerie.
According to our information, several people attacked nuns of the Catholic mission of the Saint-Louis tribe in the night from Wednesday to Thursday in Mont-Dore under conditions that have yet to be determined.
It is around 10 p.m. when two people are believed to have been the victims of the violent theft of their vehicle. People would have used a moment of inattention to impound the vehicle before injuring a person who was evacuated and hospitalized Médipôle.
The vehicle then fled when the conditions were still clearing, crashed and ended up in a ditch. The people then fled and made it possible for the gendarmes to carry out the first police-scientific and technical-scientific investigations.
A few hours later, the vehicle was found burned out.
The gendarmerie company Nouméa was seized by the investigation.
