Luise, the 12-year-old girl who was stabbed to death by two friends in a forest near the town of Freudenberg, Germany, would have previously suffered bullying acts especially by the two teenagers who are stopped by the German police and suspected of having committed the crime. This was shared by the picture, adding that in all likelihood the victim had one decided to rebel against these abuses and that for this reason she turned to adults whom she asked for help. According to the police, this could have been the motive for the murder: the two friends wanted revenge, so they killed them. The murderers had decided to “let Luise atone” for her decision not to accept any more harassment and humiliation.

Killed Luise with 30 stab wounds

In particular, to commit the crime materially would have been one of the two, her former best friend and classmate. Last Saturday, the teenager invited Luise and another girl of the same age to his home, the three then went for a walk in the forest and the girl was there killed with at least thirty stab wounds. The beatings would have come mainly from one of the two peers, while the other would have been forced to take part in the act. The weapon that killed Luise has not yet been found, but investigators have revealed that it is a very common kitchen knife.

The two suspects cannot be charged because of their young age

The alleged perpetrators of the crime are 12 and 13 years old, according to German law they are not criminally responsible for their actions: The two girls were temporarily separated from their respective families and taken to sheltered therapeutic structures, from where they could only have contact with their parents by telephone. According to child and adolescent psychiatrist Helmut Remschmidt, young people who have committed serious crimes can continue to attend school in specially created structures in such cases, from which they – if they leave – can no longer return to their old habits. It is very likely that families will be forced to move to other cities: “Otherwise they would be constantly being targeted in their old community.”
