Aubrey Plaza, Michelle Williams and Christina Ricci turned up the glam factor as they walked the red carpet at the Directors Guild Of America Awards in Beverly Hills on Saturday night.

The high-profile event, held at the iconic Beverly Hilton, welcomed a cavalcade of bold names who paraded in front of the cameras ahead of the ceremony.

Michelle, 42, who plays a fictionalized version of Steven Spielberg’s mother in his new film The Fabelmans, for which he is nominated, took the plunge in a luxurious cream dress.

The strapless number was reminiscent of Old Hollywood with soft gold accents near the cinched waist that highlighted her hourglass frame.

Her light, backless dress matched her blonde hair perfectly, which she wore in an elegant bob reminiscent of the Roaring Twenties on her last public appearance.

Aubrey, on the other hand, flashed the flesh in a skirt-top combo that fell low to showcase her cleavage as she treated photographers to her megawatt smile.

The 38-year-old beamed at the awards after starring in the second season of ‘The White Lotus’ last year, whose creator and director Mike White is nominated for one of Saturday Night’s Baubles.

She showed off her enviably toned legs through her daringly high thigh slit and also showed off her impressively chiseled waist as she walked the red carpet.

Christina, on the other hand, paired her sleek black tresses with a raven black dress that had a full sleeve on one side and fashionably dropped off the shoulder on the other.

Anna Kendrick upped the glamor of the event in a sparkling pink sequined mini dress, Seth Rogen was a sight to behold in a crimson suit and Nomadland director Chloe Zhao was simply elegant in a black dress.

Steven Spielberg himself attended the celebrations and joined his wife Kate Capshaw for a group photo with Fabelmans stars Paul Dano and Gabriel LaBelle and producer Kristie Macosko Krieger.

The night’s nominees also included actors-turned-directors, including Jason Bateman, who attended his wife Amanda Anka’s arm, and Ben Stiller, who posed with his wife Christine Taylor.

Gabriel, the 20-year-old actor – who plays a character based on the young Spielberg in The Fabelmans – wore head-to-toe black as he stopped by the awards to support his director.

Regina Hall modeled a black dress that fell over a glittery silver bandeau, Bonnie Hunt attracted attention in a sleek power suit and Jerry Bruckheimer wore a white bow tie that contrasted with his black outfit.

Wag The Dog director Barry Levinson’s son Sam – who received a DGA nomination for directing an episode of Euphoria, which he also directed – made a fashion statement with a pair of indoor sunglasses.

The host of the festival, Judd Apatow, was classically stylish in a black suit and bow tie, while actress Stephanie Hsu referenced her toned figure in a peekaboo top.

Stephanie stars in last year’s quirky sci-fi film Everything Everywhere All At Once, whose nominated directing duo Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan playfully gave thumbs up on the red carpet.

Bros star Billy Eichner, who also wrote the screenplay for the critically acclaimed flop, cut a dapper figure in a classically stylish black tuxedo and matching bow tie.

Joseph Kosinski, who is nominated for Saturday Night’s feature film Gong with Top Gun: Maverick, posed with his wife Kristin while actress Christine Lahti beamed alongside her husband Thomas Schlemme.

LeVar Burton contrasted a black suit with a maroon shirt and white pocket square as he attended the Knees-Up with his wife Stephanie, with whom he celebrated his 30th wedding anniversary last year.

Todd Field, the writer-director of Tár, brought a touch of retro flair to the story with a fedora, while James Marsden was every inch the Hollywood heartthrob as he posed for the cameras.

Judd Apatow, whose directing career has spanned comedy classics such as ’40 Year Old Virgin’ and ‘Knocked Up,’ lent his mastery of ceremonies to the celebrations.

The main prize of the evening, the award for directing a feature film, went to the duo Daniel Scheinert and Dan Kwan for the Michelle Yeoh leading actor Everything Everywhere All At Once.

However, even the losing nominees were presented with a Directors Guild Of America medallion, including Spielberg, who also appeared on stage to accept the honor.

Some of the celebrities who trod the red carpet earlier in the evening then brought their charisma to the stage to present the awards.

Aubrey accessorized her flesh-flaring ensemble with a blazer and added a touch of formality to her look to give Helen Shaver the TV movie and miniseries gong for an episode of Station Eleven.

Movie stars’ sex symbols Regina Hall and James Marsden caused a stir when they celebrated Kim Gehrig with the advertising award for two Apple ads and Bill Hader with the comedy series trophy for an episode of his show Barry.
