She made headlines after appearing on E!’s Botched after undergoing a $200,000 face and body transformation.
And cosmetic surgery queen Tara Jayne, 33, showed off her ultra-new look as she went shopping in Melbourne on Sunday after another nose job was reported.
Tara, known worldwide as Australia’s ‘human Barbie’, was hard to miss as she strutted around the chilly city in a colorful fur coat.
The nurse offered a glimpse of her surgically enhanced cleavage in a low-cut top paired with leather pants.
Tara completed her look with a baker boy hat and a chain-strap Yves Saint Laurent bag, which she slung over her shoulder.

Tara, who’s had five breast augmentations, six nose jobs and endless rounds of botox and fillers, accentuated her look with dramatic makeup.
She wore her raven locks over her shoulders.
In August 2021, Tara appeared in Todd Sampson’s headline-grabbing documentary series Mirror Mirror, which followed a group of Australians obsessed with going under the knife.

On the show, Tara described herself as an “upgraded, limited-edition Barbie doll,” while lamenting the inadequacy of her E-cup breasts.
“I think I want to make my boobs bigger,” she said.
She had previously appeared on E! Reality show bungled in hopes of convincing Drs Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow to give her larger implants.

Tara and her pal chatted while strolling the streets of Melbourne’s CBD
“Everything is tiny about me except my tatas…I’m looking for a bigger boob!” she told producers.
“I currently have 540 CCs [of breast implant silicone]and I’m not happy with them at all,” she said.
Tara said she noticed a “ripple effect” on the skin of her breasts and hoped “filling in the space more” would fix the problem.
But she was disappointed when doctors said her weight was “dangerously low” at 45kg, making her far too slim to wear larger implants.

“I’m really concerned about Tara’s general well-being,” said Dr. Nassif.
“Not just in terms of the surgery, but she really needs to get healthy both physically and mentally.”
Tara said she would stop at nothing to maintain and even improve on her stunning 37 inch bust, 17 inch waist and 29 inch hips.
“For me, there are no limits to plastic surgery. It’s incredibly addictive and I want bigger boobs already,” she added.

“Once travel is permitted I plan to return overseas to visit my surgeon and have my breast size increased to 1500cc [from their current 1050ccc].’
“I think in this day and age it’s really important for a woman to be able to express her feelings and just express everything about beauty,” she told The Morning Show last year.
“Cosmetic surgery is my way and that makes me happy. It gives me the confidence to be the best version of myself.”
