Several American gossip sites are reporting that Avril Lavigne, the pop-punk singer responsible for popularizing the tie/straight jacket look, is quite close to rapper Tyga.

According to TMZ, the duo were recently spotted leaving the upscale Los Angeles restaurant Nobu.
The musicians reportedly hugged as if to say goodbye, but then got into the same car and drove off together.

Sources close to Lavigne told TMZ that she’s been spending quite a bit of time with Tyga, who once had one of the most popular accounts on Instagram.
Until recently, Avril Lavigne was engaged to musician Mod Sun, but according to Page Six, their relationship would have ended in recent months.
Tyga was already in the spotlight for being in a relationship with Kylie Jenner until 2017.
