Jade Roper was rushed to the ER after “feeling horrible” and yet “suffered a missed miscarriage,” as she updated her fans on her Instagram Stories on Saturday.
The 36-year-old Bachelor In Paradise star, who revealed earlier last week that the loss of her little boy has “changed her forever” has uploaded a photo of herself sitting on a blue chair in the hallway of a hospital sits.
The TV personality was seen in a tan shirt and sweatpants while beaming a positive smile towards the camera.
She wrote to her 1.3 million followers: “In the ER I woke up feeling horrible and needed a statistical blood test and an ultrasound.”
“I’m still experiencing a missed miscarriage and my body isn’t releasing the pregnancy.” I’m a little scared of infection so here we are,” Jade continued.

A missed miscarriage occurs when “the baby died or did not develop but did not suffer a physical miscarriage,” according to the Miscarriage Association.
Adding more text at the bottom of the image, the reality star explained, “I looked up and Tanner told me to smile. He tried to make me laugh today to keep our state a little more relaxed with everything that’s going on.”
Jade tied the knot with Bachelor In Paradise co-star Tanner Tolbert in 2016, and the couple currently have three children together: Emmy, six, Brooks, four, and Reed, two.
To conclude her update, Roper typed in the top right corner, “I also think I’ve worn it four days so far this week,” humorously referring to her comfy ensemble.
Her visit to the ER comes shortly after she revealed to her fans and followers on August 13 that she had miscarried and tragically lost her baby boy.
Sharing a photo of herself cradling her stomach, she wrote in the caption, “Struggling what to write here while coping with a miscarriage.”

“While our hearts are completely broken and we are grappling with the deep and complex grief of loss, we were fortunate to be briefly touched by his soul.” “I am forever changed,” Jade added emotionally .
She then explained: “I am currently experiencing what is called a missed miscarriage. Although his heart has stopped and he has stopped growing (it has been for a while), my body has not yet released the pregnancy.”
“I hope to achieve this naturally and trust in the timing and in my body under the care of my doctor.”
Roper expressed, “I wore him with so much pride and cherish every moment that is left with a part of him, but it was also just as challenging and devastating.”
