A week after attracting attention after taking a fan’s cell phone and throwing it into water at events in the Dominican Republic, the Puerto Rican reggaeton singer released Bad Bunny on his Twitter account a message that leaves many questions.
“You will miss me…” says the biography of the reggaeton player on his account on the above-mentioned social network.
The news comes days after the artist deleted a tweet justifying himself for stealing the fan’s phone.
“The person who approaches me to say hello, to tell me something, or just to get to know me will always get my attention and respect. Those who come to shove a cellphone bastard in my face, I will take it for what it is, a lack of respect, and I will treat it the same way,” said the artist, who hashtagged the message, ” SINCOJONESMETIENE” ended the controversial message, which was posted on January 2 but deleted two days later.
As if that wasn’t enough, in the past few hours, the artist has made his Instagram account private.
All these actions also come after the artist’s popularity on streaming platforms began to decline after the controversy with the fanatic on New Year’s Eve.
In 2022, the Puerto Rican established himself as the most listened to artist in the world thanks to songs like “Ojitos lindos”, “Titi me pregunta” and “Efecto” among others; but according to the Spotify platform’s global top 50, those same songs are now well below where they ended the year.
