The 81-year-old actress will be honored with the 2024 SAG Lifetime Achievement Award at the 30th annual SAG Awards in February. “Ever since I was a young girl sitting in the Loew's Kings Theater in Brooklyn, I dreamed of being one of those actresses I saw on the screen,” she said in a statement. Barbra Streisand will be the 59th recipient of this prestigious award, joining stars such as Sally Field, Helen Mirren, Robert De Niro, Alan Alda and Morgan Freeman.
