TNT commentator Charles Barkley, an NBA Hall of Famer who never (never, ever, ever) misses an opportunity to shoot at the Golden State Warriors, was in postseason during halftime of Monday’s dubs blowout against the Denver Nuggets Shape.
Even after Golden State returned after a solid second quarter that included the return of the Warriors’ new “death lineup” — a small-ball team of Steph Curry, Jordan Poole, Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins and Draymond Green, who helped them win the Blow Out Nuggets in Game 1 – Barkley was poised to blow out both NBA MVP finalist Nikola Jokic and the Warriors in the same breath.
“The Joker has to take advantage of playing against a 1.80 meter tall guy. You can’t tell me you’re the MVP and they have Draymond guarding you,” he said, before later adding, “You put that little death lineup out there, line it up against Giannis and Joel Embiid and see what happens. You will kill her.”
Chuck says the Little Warriors are up against Giannis or Embiid, then says Shaq/Barkley/Malone to lmao

Barkley then went on to claim that Green couldn’t protect him (meaning Barkley) in his prime.
Of course, slandering the Warriors and their style of play is nothing new for Barkley. Back in 2015, Barkley bravely declared that teams couldn’t win championships using jump shooting. Golden State then went on to win three championships thanks to its…jump shooting.
In the years since, Barkley has gone all out to name the Warriors’ style of play: “little girly basketball‘ to public fights with Green.
Giannis and Embiid, who Barkley mentioned, are currently competing in the Eastern Conference for the Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia Sixers, respectively. The Warriors and their death lineup would only face them if they met in the NBA Finals.
In the quarter following Barkley’s claim, the Warriors outplayed the Nuggets 44-30 before eventually defeating Denver 126-106 to take a 2-0 lead.
