Reggie Jackson, a former Major League Baseball slugger, contributed to five World Series titles during his 21-year career, but he’s also amassed off-field conquests, he admitted Wednesday.

While “Mr. October” had the unwavering support of his fans, particularly the New York Yankees, for whom he coached from 1977-1981, he was far from faithful to the spouses who shared his life. Speaking to host Howard Stern on SiriusXM, the 76-year-old ex-star player expressed his regret.

“I didn’t have a hard time opening my heart, except I had a hard time being loyal. I cheated a lot as a man, he claimed. I don’t want to use any excuses. I used deception When I saw a beautiful woman, I tried to sleep with her.

Despite his wrongdoing, Jackson feels blessed to be able to count on his offspring, Kimberly.

Luckily for the seventy-year-old, he says he seems to have found the necessary stability in his love life. The one, who was married once before divorcing in 1973, has been in a relationship with another woman for more than 30 years.
“She’s a wonderful friend. I love life and spend time with it,” he said, expressing his intention of eventually getting married.
