Batgirl: Director shares message he received from Kevin Feige, head of Marvel Studios

The abrupt cancellation of bat girl, a film already finished, surprised everyone. While many criticize the neglect that the Warner Bros. In an Instagram post, the director Adil El Arbi shared a screenshot of Feige’s email. The head of Marvel Studios regrets what happened and commends the filmmaking duo’s work even crediting Ms. Miracle.

In a statement of cancellation, the directing duo expressed their sadness at the decision and thanked the team that worked with them on the project. Leslie Grace, who would star in the film, also thanked the team and fans for their support. According to Warner’s official statement, the decision to cancel the film is part of new strategies and restructuring within the company, which is in the process of merging with Discovery.
