The leader of the PT (Workers' Party), MP Gleisi Hoffmann (PR), said this Wednesday (January 17, 2024) that the BBB (Big Brother Brasil) program on TV Globo is “also a space to combat Bolsonarism”.
On her Instagram profile, the congresswoman shared an excerpt from a conversation in which two participants had different opinions about the freedom to bear arms in Brazil.
In the dialogue, one of the imprisoned people defends the arming of the civilian population. Singer MC Bin Laden replies that this is not the best solution for the country. He believes that education, public health and the fight against hunger need to be improved in order to reduce crime.
“The singer Mc Bin Laden took a stand against the arming of the population in Brazil and contradicted his colleague in prison who repeated the Bolsonarista speech that 'the criminals will never be arrested because of President Lula.'” And like a large part of the Brazilian population Mc Bin Laden also defended Lula, recognizing that the president was the one who helped poor people the most,” Gleisi said in the publication’s headline.
