Girls Aloud paid a touching tribute to their late bandmate Sarah Harding on her 42nd birthday.
The singer tragically passed away two years ago, when she was just 39, after a battle with breast cancer.
The heartfelt post, shared on the band’s Instagram page on Friday, included a beautiful picture of Sarah in a white dress with a big smile on her face.
The girls captioned the picture: “Sending lots of love to all of Sarah’s fans, friends and family today x”
Fans rushed to the comments section to share their own tributes. “Much missed but forever in our hearts,” wrote one follower.

The remaining members, Cheryl, Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts, have reportedly been working on a music video in honor of their beloved Sarah.
After years of speculation about a possible return, it will be the band’s first single in eleven years. Filming recently took place in a studio in north London.
What was initially thought to be an impossible reunion felt “natural” as the band came together after Sarah’s death to support each other and mend old rifts.
The girls are desperate to make more music and are planning a big reunion tour in 2024.
A source told The Sun: “They have a single and video in the pipeline, are planning a full recording of new music and the most exciting thing for fans will be a big reunion tour in 2024.”
“It’s going to be huge – and they’re all very excited to be working together again, even if there’s a bittersweet element to it.”
