The singer Nice and your wife, Graceanne Barbosareceived one eviction notice due to overdue bills and other debts related to a property in São Paulo.
In total, the couple owe around R$260,000, including rent due, in addition to a claim for damages for property damage.
According to journalist Fábia Oliveira, who had access to the court order, the amount of rent, IPTU and overdue consumer bills was R$221,159.86 thousand.
It just doesn’t stop. The couple also have to pay a BRL3,000 contractual penalty and a BRL38,000 damages claim for property damage.
In a note, Belo and Gracyanne’s press office said the couple has not yet been notified of the court’s decision.
In addition, the pair’s representation added that there was no contract signed by them for the property and that the property was owned by a former manager who worked with the singer.
According to the press office, this former entrepreneur signed the contract. “The contractor was responsible for the costs, not Belo. This division of tasks was even part of the professional agreement between the two,” the statement said.
