The 35-year-old debuted her incredible transformation in an Instagram video on Friday, explaining how she teamed up with the weight-loss company to shed a whopping 11kg.
Hannah said she’s glad to be back in her old wardrobe before welcoming her baby daughter, Ava Grace.

‘Hello folks!! I’m so excited to announce that I’ve reached my goal weight!!!’ she wrote in her caption.
‘Despite a very hectic 6 months with my wedding, new job and LOTS of travel, I’ve lost 25 pounds (11kg!) and am back in my old wardrobe!’
In the clip, Hannah revealed the reason she decided to join the weight loss brand’s latest program.
“After my daughter turned one year old, I realized it was time to take care of me,” she said in the video.
“I tried it alone but found I just couldn’t lose the weight.”

The reality star explained the food she ate and working out with her personal trainer weekly helped her shed the weight.
“Setting realistic goals that I consistently achieve has encouraged me to keep going!” she added.
Hannah’s weight loss revelation comes after she announced her return to reality TV.
She has signed on as a cast member for Channel 10’s upcoming dating series The Real Love Boat, based on the classic ’70s sitcom The Love Boat.
Hannah, who is married with one child, is the boat’s cruise director, while Studio 10 reporter Daniel Doody is the head of entertainment.
TV presenter and actor Darren McMullen rounds out the cast as the show’s host.
“After more than a decade at sea in the Mediterranean, I am so excited to be part of ‘The Real Love Boat’ and help all of our amazing passengers find love!” announced Hanna.

Hannah starred as the chief stewardess on Bravo’s Below Deck Mediterranean for the show’s first five seasons before departing in 2020.
She welcomed her first child, a daughter named Ava Grace, with husband Josh Roberts in October 2020.
Hannah and Josh tied the knot on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in March this year.
