Ben (Samuel de Assis) will appear in chapter (5) of this Friday in Vai na Fé as the hero of a robbery with hostages. The lawyer will negotiate with the criminals to release the mother Simone (Cácia Goulart). He will risk his own life to prevent tragedy. “I thought I was going to lose you,” says Sol (Sheron Menezzes) tearfully upon seeing him safely on Globo’s nine o’clock soap opera.
Benjamin will join the police force in Rosane Svartman’s series to save his mother and sister Paula (Juliana França). He is even held at gunpoint to resolve the situation.
“I’m a lawyer and I can defend you, but for that you have to work together. Nobody here is going to die, I’m here to guarantee that,” affirms the character of Samuel de Assis.
“And what kind of guarantee do you give me?” asks one of the robbers who agrees to trade. He will release Simone, who reluctantly leaves the restaurant while her son is held at gunpoint.
Calmly, Ben will release the hostages one by one until he is alone with the bandits. He will convince her to turn herself in and promises the cops won’t shoot her. “I will go with you and negotiate the surrender,” he will assure.
In the line of fire between law enforcement and criminals, Lumiar’s exhusband (Carolina Dieckmann) will appeal:
Do not shoot. No one was hurt, and the two accepted surrender in exchange for a guarantee of life. I am your defender. I will follow the arrest and the whole process.
What happens to Ben in Go Faith?
From then on, viewers will be able to follow Theo (Emilio Dantas) on TV at Simas’ (Marcos Veras) bar. “Why does he always have to play the hero?” the envious person will rebel.
Ben will leave with the villains glued to him and Sol will pray for her exboyfriend’s life. “Don’t shoot. No one was hurt and the two accepted surrender in exchange for a guarantee of life. I’m your defense attorney, I’ll follow the arrest and the whole process,” Ben will tell police.
The bandits will lower their guns and soon a reporter will appear to interview Lumiar’s exhusband. She will have seen Ben and Sol hug, be touched and also talk to “the hero of Piedade’s wife”, which will make Theo even more angry in front of the TV.
Vai na Fé occupies the 7pm slot on Globo. The telenovela is replaced by Fuzuê, written by Gustavo Reiz, which is in preproduction at Globo. The series will star Giovana Cordeiro and Marina Ruy Barbosa in the lead roles of young lady and villain, respectively.
