But everything begins to change when she meets Tadeu (José Loreto) and is faced with many doubts about her faith and what is right and wrong to do as she falls in love with the farmer. The passion between the two will be mutual, so much so that José Leôncio’s son is surprised to learn that his lover has never kissed her on the mouth.
