Yesterday evening (January 11) the last of the three episodes of the Meraviglie program was broadcast on Rai1, a journey to discover – indeed – the wonders of Italy and Europe (new this season), carried out by AlbertAngela. And Bergamo was also among the protagonist cities of this episode.
The popular popularizer and presenter was not at the foot of the walls, but the Orobian capital was nevertheless told through a very beautiful, evocative film that told the viewers some beauties and treasures that can be found at the foot of the upper city.
In short, not a bad commercial for the city that will be co-Capital of Culture this year with Brescia (the opening weekend of the event is coming up, by the way). Definitely more appreciated than the one created by the organizing committee of the kermesse, which instead has not received great recognition on the social networks – and not only.
As in the previous episodes, Meraviglie received excellent reactions from the audience: the average number of viewers who watched the show was over 2.5 million, which corresponds to a share of 13.5 percent. Only the Milan-Turin match in the Coppa Italia broadcast on Canale 5 did better (share 20.1 percent).
