47 are the excellent restaurants awarded at the Longarone Fiere Dolomiti. In this third edition of the award, the province of Venice stands out with 12 awards, closely followed by Verona and Vicenza (11 excellent restaurants). Padua follows with 5 awards, while Belluno and Treviso “close” with 4 awards each. Seven new names join the rankings.
Veneto Food Excellence Fipe has brought to Longarone the leading names of Venetian cuisine, star chefs and restaurants with the highest ratings in at least two of the main Italian guidebooks (Michelin, Gambero Rosso and Touring Club).

The demonstration
The initiative entitled “The Country of Venice – Excellence in Gastronomy” is taking place for the fourth time and is organized by FIPE (Italian Federation of Public Enterprises) – Confcommercio del Veneto, under the patronage of the Veneto Region. The Vaia wood plaque presented to the winners is a token of gratitude for the positive image that these operators bring to the regional area at national and international levels.
