Bethenny Frankel doesn’t think Bravo is moving the needle by rebooting ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’ and starting a second series with former cast members.
Frankel, 51, posted a video on TikTok on Thursday with the caption, “My thoughts on the #RHONY reboot…” and speaking over audio, which read, “It’s a long story, and it’s boring as hell.”
She added: “Jesus. Like, fk.”
In the clip, the “RHONY” grad wore a fluffy blue jacket, jeans, a light pink top and pink heels and accessorised with pearl necklaces as she sat on a couch, sipping a cocktail and flipping through a book about Barbie.
Several of Frankel’s fans flooded the comments section to open up about her hot attitude, and some stayed hopeful that she will return to the reality show.
“Naturally [sic] She is number 1 among housewives! RHONY was nothing until Bethenny. Don’t say that to Ramona [Singer] but. Your head might explode!” one person wrote, referring to E! News ranking by “Real Housewives”.

“PLEASE COME BACK QUEEN,” begged a second fan.
“Bethenny, you know you’re coming back for the RHONY All Stars Show. we all do,” another wrote, to which Frankel coyly replied, “Oh yeah?”
“It won’t be the same without you but I’m excited to see you in this post housewife era!” A fourth person added, with Frankel simply texting back “YES.”

“B DROPPED SOMETHING TEAAAA,” another commented, to which Frankel replied, “Never.”
Andy Cohen announced Wednesday that “RHONY” will return to Bravo with two different series: one with a new cast and another based on former Big Apple stars.
“We spent a lot of time figuring out where to go. And the plan that we’ve come up with is a real gift to the fans, I think,” the 53-year-old executive producer told Variety.

He added: “There are thousands of stories to be told here. This is America’s most multicultural, diverse, dynamic and exciting city. We are looking for a multicultural circle of friends that truly reflects the most exciting city in the country. We are looking for a group of women who are real friends and who come from different backgrounds, races and religions.”
The network is still casting for both series, although Cohen admitted he knows which of the former cast members he wants back.
“We’re revitalizing and updating ‘RHONY’ with the energy and spirit of New York City, while also giving fans the gift of being able to visit their old friends,” he teased.

RHONY alum Jill Zarin has already expressed interest in returning, suggesting on Instagram Thursday that she’d like Cohen to call her.
Dorinda Medley also teased her future in the franchise, telling Page Six exclusively, “I’m always open to it and I’ve enjoyed doing it. … I’m a good ‘housewife’.”
Frankel probably won’t be returning, however, as Cohen himself admitted that he “can’t imagine” she would be interested considering she moved out of town. However, he would “never refuse” to talk to her.
