Between 375 and 2500 to see Madonna in Montreal

Between $375 and $2,500 to see Madonna in Montreal!

Just hours after the tour was announced The Celebration Tour by Madonna, lucky members of her official fan club have already got their hands on coveted tickets (advance sales until tomorrow 5 p.m.). By paying $500 each, Marie-Claude, a big Material Girl fan, got two tickets to the August 19 show at the Bell Center.

On her Facebook page, Marie-Claude proudly displays her ticket to the Madonna show on August 19 at the Bell Centre. As a member of the fan club for at least ten years, she had access to the presale and its possible – and quite expensive – packages that allowed her to purchase tickets ahead of the official sale on Friday at 10am on Madonna’s website.

She paid $500 each (she bought two and will be going to the concert with her best friend, who is also a huge Madonna fan) for what she believes to be “really good tickets in a good row.”

“I got one of the cheapest packages,” said the 50-year-old fan. My friend paid $1,100 per person plus tax and is very close to me. I think I have the best tickets for the price.”

Marie-Claude believes that ticket prices will range from $350 to $375 when they go on sale, but predicts that these types of tickets will sell out very quickly. “In fact, the main thing about war is having access to tickets, she believes. Even in the pre-sale, I believe that tickets will no longer be offered tomorrow. If we take Depeche Mode’s example, we remember that everything happened very quickly.

“It’s a lot harder to get tickets than it used to be,” continues the one who has seen Madonna countless times over the years. Since I made my Facebook post I’ve received a lot of messages from people asking me how I managed to access the tickets.

“People are looking for tickets between 350 and 500 dollars, which becomes difficult and tightens the noose. Expect to pay $375 or more,” she says. There are a few $85 tickets, but these blocked the view, which isn’t very interesting for true fans of the diva.

“I’m a real fan, for me she’s an icon,” Marie-Claude continues. I’ve seen all of his shows all over the United States. I’ve seen them in the Plains of Abraham, in Miami, in Boston, in New York and in Chicago, but in Montreal it’s special, the artists like to be in Montreal because the people are more active there. I usually visited them two or three times per tour. Last time I paid $350 a ticket, so inflation isn’t that bad this time I guess.”

American Express cardholders in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal also have access to a presale from January 18 at 10:00 am to January 19 at 6:00 pm.

“Regular” fans can also purchase VIP packages for the August 19 show in Montreal on the website https://www.vipnation.com

These VIP packages (for non-fan club members) range from $595 to $2,502.

“Legacy” members, i.e. members of the Madonna fan club from the very beginning (Marie-Claude has been a member of the fan club for 10 years and is not a member!) have access to even more packages.

Evenko has not yet responded to the Journal’s request for official prices for Madonna’s The Celebration Tour tickets, which go on sale this Friday, January 20 at 10 a.m.
