Singer Beyoncé and her husband, rapper Jay-Z enjoyed “Reggae Night” at a popular bar in Santa Teresa, Cóbano, Puntarenas.
Luis Alberto Gómez Castillo, owner of the Lora Amarilla nightclub, confirmed this teletica.com that the famous couple, accompanied by five bodyguards, visited their premises last Thursday.
“Yes, they were there with a group of friends, 20 people total, with five bodyguards who were around, they just didn’t let them take photos or videos,” Gómez said.
Although many of those present wanted to take photos with the American artists, their security team prevented this.
The General Directorate for Migration and Foreigners confirmed that the artists entered the country on December 26 and have not yet reported their exit.
Everything seems to indicate that Beyoncé and Jay-Z will spend the New Year in the countries of Costa Rica.
This isn’t the couple’s first time visiting Costa Rica, in 2014 they traveled to the country to attend the wedding of a friend named Kelly Rowland in Guanacaste.
